I was also very impressed with Drema who always responded quickly and answered all of my questions, and we had a lot! What an amazing experience. We were looking for almost a year and when our realtor told us about pop homes I was skeptical at first because the house was so affordable and big but we gave it a try. Drema was nice and really explained the process to us when we went to see the model home. We used their preferred lender and in return only had to pay a $7.00 deposit, and received a $1000 from the lender.. We absolutely love our home and would recommend pop homes. Give them a try I promise you won’t be disappointed

“Affordable housing in the Charlotte area market is hard to come by that was until I came across Pop Homes ( Scott & Drema ) !!! Being a first time home owner I used to hear horror stories about purchasing a home however going threw PoP Homes was the best decision I could have made. The house they built is beautiful and uses quality products including soft code cabinets. You will not find a new house in Charlotte for the price point they are at. It was my first time buying a home but working with Drema, Scott and their preferred lender there was not one hiccup along the entire process. Highly recommend and again they build a beautiful home!!
