PoP Homes – HBI, a division of PoP Homes LLC, was launched by its President, Patrick Lamm in 2024. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in the building, development, and real estate sales industries.
Patrick’s passion is home building, but his previous experiences with building companies lead him to believe that in today’s market there was a major aspect of the building process that was being overlooked. That aspect is the homebuyer! All too often, the homebuyer is viewed by building companies as a statistic or “just another home closing”.
Pop Homes – HBI’s mission is to change that by “Making Life Better” for all our homebuyers and the communities we serve. We do this by providing an exceptional homebuyer experience, outstanding quality, and wonderful homes at a great price.
