PoP Homes was established in 2019 with the sole purpose of “Making Life Better”! Scott and Drema Sokoloski decided to launch their own home building company after spending over 35 years in various roles in the building industry. It was time to fulfill a dream of turning a passion for home building into a business with the purpose of Making Life Better.
As fate would have it, the opportunity to launch the business presented itself through a partnership with Brian Bahr and Jordan Savage, principals of a successful home building business in Colorado. Together, we have designed a business model that will indeed achieve the goal of Making Life Better for all of those that we serve. Our hope and intention is to provide outstanding quality, customer satisfaction, and amazing homes at a great price point to improve the lives and communities of the areas we serve.
