About PoP Homes - Triad
PoP Homes-GSO was established in 2021 by Scott and Drema Sokoloski with the sole purpose of “Making Life Better”! Daniel Everhart joined the team as the first builder for the Greensboro division. He took the opportunity to be Market Manager in August of 2022 before buying in as an owner of PoP Homes-GSO in January 2024. Daniel graduated from Appalachian State University’s Construction Management program before entering the building industry with the goal of providing the community quality homes with affordable pricing. He has been instrumental in building a great team at PoP Homes-GSO and we all take pride in the mission of Making Life Better!
